28 jul: Trysil i juli

Vart några dagar tillsammans med nära och kära i Trysil. Hade någon plan om att hinna cykla massor men värmen satte stopp för det. Fick ändå till en cykeltur, en tidig löptur, simning, lek och hästskokastning. Supertrevligt!

Bad i Osen sjön, så fin sandstrand på norra sidan! T.o.m Astrid som tidigare krävt ca 30 grader i vattnet badade utan problem.

Cykling på ”bike arena” medans Astrid var med sin farmor.

Älskar att cykla i Trysil men över 30 grader är för mycket!

Åkte på loppis i värmen och avslutade dagen med ett kvällsdopp.

Jag & Astrid drog iväg på en löptur innan de andra vaknat. Så skönt att hinna röra på sig riktigt innan supervärmen.

Åkte på hästsko-kastnings-tävling i rörbäcksnäs med ett glatt gäng. Alldeles för varmt, speciellt för Astrid, men kul ändå. Även om det gick fruktansvärt dåligt!

Åkte till stugan och sov där. Otroligt vackert när solen började gå ner. Robin & hans pappa drog iväg på hjortronplock medans jag & Astrid la oss.

Dagen därpå tog vi en morgonsimtur innan vi började rulla hemåt ned ett snabbt stopp hos Robins fastrar som var en bit bort i en annan stuga med underbart ljusinsläpp!

14 maj: Favorite intervals!

I love to run and really feel that both my body and mind are doing so much better with just 1-2 runs/week. Robin in just the same and Astrid enyojs the stroller so we’re a good team. Am very happy that it feels so good after the pregnancy & childbirth!

My new favorite is 90-60-30 second intervals in 4 cycles, with one minute rest between each interval. Tough and effective just as I want it. Am using the app ”Interval timer” where I entered the pass in advance. Dreaming of a fancy watch that can help keep track of the time me but for now the phone will do.

Have decided to make this exercise once a week and am already feeling a bit faster!

13 jan: W. 2

Been running and skiing a lot with our new multisport stroller, started making my own kombucha, hung out with friends and started working again!

The plan is to do half a day at work and half a day from home each week, 20% so to say. The things I worked on before my maternaty leave are soon lanching so I will now start working on a totally new project. Am really excited!

Have started ordering food online, so easy, and had a really good food prep day. Made so many containers with veggie stew and chili con carne. Love having good finished meals at home!

Ended the week in Orsa Grönklitt with my parents.

A lot of outdoors, inspiration & good food makes me so full of energy. More weeks like this please!

09 jan: Skiing with a multisport-stroller

Today was the first time we skied with our new secondhand bought multisport stroller. Went super great!

It’s a couple of years old and are therefore missing some of the more recent features that the new Thule carriors have. Like adjustable back, brakes and adjustable handle.

Sure, it would have been nice with a new stroller but we found it difficult to justify such a purchase. Gets so expensive when we want all the accessories. A used older cart with all the accessorie-kits for a fraction of the price felt better for us.

Have used it for running everyday since we got it and Astrid seems very satisfied in it.

It’s so much fun being able to be outdoors the whole family and to work out togheter!
