Note to self: Breath!

Today my stomach cramps have been back. Probably bacause of the stress I´ve been under the last weeks, and sort of still am. It’s so hard when you want to do more than your body can handle. As always I go on until Im hurting. When will I learn to slow down in time. I constantly reminding myself to put my own health first but it´s often easier said than done. At least I´m aware and thats a start, right?
